Maple Glazed Pork Chop

Ingredients 

  • Thick pork chop(s)

  • Fat Daniel's Dixie Dust - All Purpose Seasoning
  • Maple syrup


Method

  • Generously sprinke one side of the chop with Dixe Dust
  • Drizzle over a generous amount of maple syrup
  • Turn the chop over and repeat for the other side
  • Set up your grill to cook using the indirect cooking method and if possible add some fruitwood smoke 
  • Cook at 105-110C / 225F for about 2 hours
  • Turning the chops over half way through, reapplying maple syrup to the top after turning
  • Cook until you reach an internal temperature of 70C / 160F
  • Serve with new potatoes and green vegetables
